Kevin Ens, Founder and Principal of ENS Biopharma Management, is a seasoned business executive with over 30 years of commercialization experience in the medical device and biopharmaceutical industries. His background spans sales and marketing to operations to chief executive positions.
Kevin is an entrepreneur at heart. He co-founded and successfully led a clincial diagnostics company from start-up to international marketing. He has extensive business development experience including opportunity sourcing and due diligence, in/out licensing, M&A and financing. He has negotiated more than 20 major license and partnership agreements ranging from technology licenses to multi-million dollar co-development agreements with multinational corporations.
Part of Kevin's success comes from his ability to speak the languages of both science and business. With an Honours B.Sc. in biochemistry and many years of success in various business management roles, he is able to formulate market-driven plans and strategies based on the "big picture".
